Intensive dampener is a machine that has a wide range of applications. It is used in grain processing plants to moisturize the grain at the desired rate. Intensive dampener is used in wheat milling. It is used to moisten grains, mix flour or add moisture to flour and bran.

The casing signals the incoming grain flow to the water flow sensor and water is poured into the grain and mixing begins the blades transport the grain mixed with water to the drain outlet. The compact dampener is efficient in adding up to 5% of water to the cleaned wheat with moisture dispersion. The long material atomized by the improved rotor results in optimum intermixing with the liquid, thus ensuring efficient moisture addition to the flour and bran. This prevents grain breakage, reduces rotor wear and prevents unbalance. The distribution of water in the kernel is fast and uniform with complete diffusion and absorption.
